Shipping conditions

Delivery will be made only within Germanywith DHL package or Deutsche Post (Warenpost)

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

Deliveries within Germany we ship free of charge.


Deliveries to foreign countries:

For deliveries to the EU, we have shipping costs of 4.90€ (goods post) & 12.00€ for DHL package shipping.

We supply besides Germany specifically:

Belgien, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Canary Islands, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden,

Delivery to Switzerland & Lichtenstein:

For deliveries to Switzerland & Lichtenstein directly we charge: DHL Warenpost 9,90€ and DHL Paket 19,90€

Delivery times

As far as in the article description no other period is indicated, the supply of the commodity takes place in Germany within 3 - 5 days,with foreign supplies within 5 - 7 days after confirmation of order (with agreed upon pre-payment on the day after your payment instruction).
Keep in mind that on Sundays and public holidays there is no delivery.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. The delivery time is determined in this case according to the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

In case of self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the provision of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
